Our extensive engineering resource center features sophisticated and powerful CAD software, fully integrated with our tool shop's technologically advanced CNC mold making equipment. All CNC machining centers are hardwired and operate from a common computer server, insuring that the integrity of the machining programs are not compromised.

Our design engineers animate parts on our 3-D SDRC computer-aided design system, in order to witness the mold and part function before the mold ever exists. This saves countless hours in R&D, and often eliminates the time and expense of building prototype molds and models; thus greatly, compressing the critical time to market.
